FanSeater lets fans crowdfund demand for live events. Creators launch campaigns, fans vote with small payments, and winning cities unlock priority access — with clear upfront pricing so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
Request them. Tell us who you want to see and where — we contact music artists once real fan demand builds up, and you'll be first to know if they join.
Not into music? Browse creators and follow the ones you like — we'll notify you the moment they launch a campaign.
Three simple steps from idea to live event.
A creator sets up a campaign with location options, funding thresholds, a ticketing model, and a raffle mode — FanSeater tickets, external presale, or lite.
Fans back their city with a small payment (no account needed), held safely in escrow. They always know if their payment includes a ticket, presale code, or is a vote only — and the raffle rules upfront.
The first city to hit threshold wins. Overflow bidding and migration stay open until the campaign closes, then a fair raffle assigns fans to shows — escrow releases, presale codes generate, QR tickets are ready.
Every campaign clearly shows whether your payment includes a ticket, a presale code, or is a vote only — so there are no surprises.
Your payment includes your ticket. If the show is confirmed, you're in — with a QR code for entry. If it doesn't reach its goal, full refund. Every backing includes exactly one ticket — one QR code per vote, held in your account. Backers are assigned first; remaining tickets may go on public sale.
Includes: 1 vote + 1 ticket + tier benefits
Your payment secures your vote and a priority presale code. You buy the actual ticket on the ticketing platform during a 48-hour exclusive window. Each backer receives one presale code, tied to their vote and valid during the exclusive presale window. How many tickets you can buy with your code is set by the ticketing platform's presale rules — FanSeater doesn't control ticket limits on external platforms.
Includes: 1 vote + presale code + tier benefits
Your payment is a vote to bring the show to your city. Ticket information is shared separately by the creator.

The creator chooses the model when launching — you'll always see it before you pay.
Some campaigns show a "Flexible funding" label. This means the creator has set a minimum funding level below the full goal. If the campaign reaches that minimum but not the full target, the creator gets to decide whether to go ahead.
If the creator decides to proceed, your vote is committed — it becomes your ticket or presale access. No refund is issued, because the show is going ahead.
If the creator decides not to proceed, or doesn't decide within their decision window, every voter is automatically refunded — keep it as credit or withdraw it to your card.
You'll always see the "Flexible funding" label on campaigns where this applies. If a campaign doesn't have it, it's all-or-nothing — the full goal must be met, or everyone gets refunded.
No more waiting and hoping your city gets picked. Vote to prove demand and unlock priority access.
Browse campaigns from creators you follow. Each one clearly shows whether your payment includes a ticket, a presale code, or is a vote only — and the raffle mode (fair random or tier-priority) before you commit.
Back your city with a small payment. Vote as a guest with just your email, or create an account to manage everything in one place.
If your city wins, you're sorted — your vote becomes your ticket (with a QR code for entry) or you get a presale code for the ticketing platform.
Didn't back the winning city? Migrate your vote to it or get a full refund — keep it as credit or withdraw it to your card. The window stays open until the campaign closes. Over-subscribed show? Enter the fair raffle and swap dates with other fans if you need to.
Stop guessing which cities want your event. Let fans fund the demand, then book with confidence.
Create a campaign with multiple location options and set a funding threshold for each city. Choose your ticketing model and your raffle mode — fair random (default) or tier-priority where higher tiers pick first.
Fans back their city with small payments — no account required. Watch real-time demand build across locations with live analytics and a venue-fill tracker.
When a city reaches its threshold, the event is confirmed. Overflow bidding opens automatically so excess demand can trigger extra shows — up to 3 — before the campaign closes.
Run the raffle to assign fans to shows, let them swap dates peer-to-peer, track fulfillment items per tier, then use the built-in QR scan page to check fans in at the door.
High demand shouldn't mean disappointed fans. FanSeater automatically scales capacity and uses a fair, transparent raffle so everyone has a shot.
When demand exceeds one show's capacity, FanSeater adds up to 3 shows automatically — no manual venue juggling required.
Over-subscribed shows use a random draw by default so every fan has an equal shot at a ticket, regardless of tier.
Creators can opt into tier-priority mode, where higher-tier backers pick their show first — a perk for your biggest supporters.
Fans assigned to a different date can swap with each other directly — same tier only, up to 3 swaps, with a fresh entry code each time.
Overflow bidding and migration run until the campaign ends — no arbitrary 48-hour cutoff, so fans have time to decide.
Backed a city that didn't win? Move your vote to the winning city or get a full refund — keep it as credit or withdraw it to your card. Your choice, right up to campaign close.
Creators see real-time venue fill stats — committed attendees vs. capacity across all planned shows — to decide when to close overflow.
Fans see tier-level vote breakdowns on every campaign, so they know how much demand each tier has before they back.
Every vote is held in escrow until a city hits its threshold. If the campaign doesn't succeed, you get your money back — keep it as FanSeater credit for future campaigns, or withdraw it to your card. Your choice.
All votes are held in escrow until thresholds are met. If a campaign fails, you get a full refund — keep it as credit or withdraw it to your card.
Backers-only campaigns include QR-coded tickets and a door scan page — no external ticketing needed.
Over-subscribed shows use a transparent random draw, and fans can swap show dates peer-to-peer if they need a different night.
Every campaign shows exactly what your payment includes: a ticket, a presale code, or a vote only — plus the raffle rules upfront.
